We ship all cards in a sleeve + cardsaver. No raw card in envelopes, definitely no crayon used to write addresses.
We send all items with tracking, please make sure your address is up to date and correct as the label prints off the details you provide to ebay. In the rare occasion these details aren't correct the shipment will normally return to us within two weeks, refunds/replacements can't be completed until the item is delivered either to yourselves or back to us.
All cards are NM. We try to send the best centred available for every order. Due to the way pokemon have been pumping out cards recently, cards can have errors or small whitening.
