Bake professional popovers, cornbread, muffins, and cupcakes in this innovative Chicago Metallic Professional Nonstick 6-Cup Popover Pan with Armor-Glide Coating. Serious baking requires serious bakeware and to create true popovers, this pan is the one for you. Designed to isolate each muffin, the separate cups are designed so that as popovers bake, rise, and 'pop over' just like in the bakery—they won't spread into the others in the pan. The deep tapered cups are constructed out of heavy-weight aluminized steel to allow for even and thorough baking and better air circulation. The pan is silicone based with Armor-Glide nonstick coating that ensures superior nonstick performance and easy food release; which doesn’t leave hard to clean residue, ensuring easy and smooth clean up. This pan bakes 6 airy popovers; each cup measures 2.75 inches by 2.25 inches. Oven safe to 450°F / 232°C; not intended to be used under the broiler. This pan is dishwasher safe, however hand-washing is recommended to extend the product life. (Sharp-edged utensils and knives should not be used.)
