    Description

    This is a pre-owned but never used Pampered Chef Stoneware Bar Pan with instructions.  This is a serious piece of cookware - very solid and sturdy.  There is no use or stains on the pan, but a little wear on the bottom.  I put this in my cookware drawer, but never used since I don't really cook that often.  So unfortunately there is no box, but I still have the instructions / recipe booklet to include. Pan measures 11 X 17 inches, so lots of room for cooking.
    Per Pampered Chef booklet: The unique, unglazed ceramic stoneware guarantees great cooking success.  The stoneware duplicates the effects of brick-lined ovens used in professional bakeries and restaurants by evenly distriuting heat and absorbing moisture.  The results are crispier crusts, jucier roasts, and lighter, higher volume breads.
