International Shipping:
We use UPS now instead of USPS. International shipping usually takes at least 10-14 days for your item to be delivered.
If more than this time has passed, check at your local post office in person - often these days packages are held for pickup and consumers are not notified - or your shipment may be held up in customs.
Insurance is required on international purchases to ensure your item gets to you safely.
