Cancellation Policy
We have updated our cancellation policy and are only allowing cancellations within the first hour after purchase, per eBay's recommendation, unless it is a presale item. Cancellations are not accepted for pre-sale items. We will not respond to cancellation requests made outside of the hour window.
When purchasing an item with our store, the buyer is entering into a binding agreement to purchase the item being sold. Buyers are responsible for reading the entire item listing, including the title and description with our store's policies.

Pre-Sale Policy
All pre-sales of products are final. We do not offer refunds/cancellations for anything purchased before release date. We will not respond to requests to cancel presale items.
When purchasing a pre-sale product, the market value of an item is known to adjust over time. This makes the pre-sale a
shared risk for both the seller and buyer. When purchasing a pre-sale with collectibles kingdom, the buyer agrees to follow through with their transaction. The buyer may return their pre-sale item once it arrives if they choose.

Return Policy
Buyers will be required to pay a 25% re-stocking fee for all. This policy will help us provide a more positive experience for our buyers since we do not have the staff resource to focus on item returns.
